1 Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We will use software to check the paper.

2 Review Process

All papers will be blind peer reviewed by at least three reviewers and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference. Usually our acceptance rate will be controlled at around 20%. In addition, most papers will be officially accepted after 1-2 rounds of revision (peer review).

Best paper awards and best student paper awards will be selected based on novelty, significance, and the presentation at the conference. Best student paper awards can only be awarded to papers on which students are first authors.
